Rily Builders Corporation or RBC was founded by its President & CEO Civil Engineer Richelo O. Aglipa after more than 15 years of employment in government & private companies started its humble beginning as a Single Proprietor company previously named as Riche Construction Services in 2001, the original company was renamed to RiLy Builders in 2010 and applied with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board for PCAB License to be able to bid for Government, Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects beginning on 2012.

As part of its growth and altered focus RiLy Builders was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last April 21, 2016 as a family corporation with a 5 member of Board of Directors. This will allow RiLy Builders greater access to investment funds to fuel its growth and acquire more properties and businesses in the future.

Our Cebu City Office is located at 6-P. Atillo Road, Punta Princesa, Cebu City and our Balamban Office is located in Baliwagan, Balamban, Cebu.
